To Enroll Your Child In Our Program:

1. Parents/ Guardians and child(ren) visit Denali Child Care to become familiar with me and my home.
2. Read entire Denali Child Care Handbook
3. Review and Sign all appropriate papers:
• Registration
• Emergency Information Card
• Care/ Payment agreement
• Medication Consent form (if applicable)
• General Consent from
• Agreement to Denali Child Care
4. Pay registration fee of $50.00
5. Copy of immunization record (All immunizations must be current before attending child care).
6. All required supplies must be brought on the 1st day of care, or before if you wish.
7. Parents/ Guardians and child(ren) visit Denali Child Care to become familiar with me and my home.
