Registration / Enrollment Fee:
Registration / enrollment fee is $50.00 This fee is nonrefundable. This fee is a one time charge per child enrolled. This fee covers enrollment paperwork and processing as well as supplies.
Payment Requirements:
Your monthly rate payments are due ON or BEFORE the 1st of each month. If you have not paid on the 1st, your child may not attend on the 1st until payments are made. If the 1st of the month falls on a weekend, your payment will be due the business day BEFORE the 1st. If you do not pay, this may be grounds for terminating your care here at Denali Child Care.
Your monthly rate will not be adjusted if your child is sick, on vacation, or simply not at daycare. You are paying for your monthly space here at daycare, not the hours and days you attend.
Drop in care is available by appointment only, when space allows. There is never a guarantee that space will be available, so please call or schedules ahead of time. Drop-ins include: extra days or times where care is needed, like emergencies, days where school is out, or for those who do not need a regular set schedule just occasional care.
Late Fees:
A fee of $1.00 will be charged for every minute you are late after your agreed pick-up time.
Please pick your child up on time. You must understand I have a personal life too. Outside of contracted hours, the care of your child is your responsibility. So please don’t try to squeeze in “quick” stops on your way to pick up your child. If you happen to be late, please don’t put me in the uncomfortable position of asking you for this fee. You know when you are late, and so do the kids.
